Summary: Not a great experience. Check in at the front desk, first they had told me that my card was not working twice but the card was actuallly never used according to my card company so they clearly did not enter the correct card information, thats not a big deal people enter numbers wrong all the time but then we got to the room.... the room had a broken and taped table, a random metal bar in the bathroom that i believe used to be part of a shower bar but was just left standing next to toilet like a weapon...there was boogers on the wall and the list goes on..... lots of negatives to this hotel stay but on the positive side the beds were soft and the hotel breakfast was well stocked with good variety. Overall i would likely not bring my family to this hotel again....

Summary: This hotel has been consistently either having missing items like TV in the couch area or has damage such as broken light switch plates. I have stayed in multiple room and every single fridge would freeze the drinks, especially vegetables. So it was difficult to store snacks. Almost every bed was uncomfortable and I feel this will be the last stay I have there. I have stayed at this hotel at least 8 times now. I can’t comment of the pool area as I never used those facilities. I will say the breakfast is really good on a positive note

Summary: All was good until 8am when they decided it was a good time to start using power tools and pulling up carpet right outside my door. I asked for a quiet room when I was checking in since I was checking in really late and wanted to sleep in for a while in the morning

Summary: The service was decent at check in. The mattress must have been from when it was first built because it was saggy and very soft. The toilet was so low to the ground that it was like visiting an elementary school bathroom. Tub was slippery like the cleaner had not been completely rinsed out. The room smelt good and the breakfast was alright. The pool area was not working when I was there.

Summary: My kid was really looking forward to the pool. When we got there we found out the pool was in maintenance and we couldn’t use it. I wish we knew that before booking the hotel.
